“Hello dear people, this is Netanel writing to you.

About a week and half  ago I injured my pelvis,  and had to go into a period of lying down and recovery. I thought that maybe I would recover by our weekend together and be able to hold a space of healing and transformation for you, but apparently I need it for myself.

I have wandered a lot in my mind to see what is required of me these days and why it has come now.

Inside me there are a variety of deep understandings – overload, over-giving, a path that has come to an end and is seeking transformation within me and perhaps the body simply needs rest. I see the body as one of the best teachers and guides in my life’s journey. I also have sorrow for this, but I want to be generous for my body and for the soul’s journey in this body, and therefore the greatest generosity would be – stopping and resting for full recovery.

They say that when one person is true to his heart and precise on the path – the world around him becomes precise..

Maybe this is true here too? For you? Maybe it will become clearer later.

Thank you for choosing to come and I hope we will see each other at a more suitable time

I pray that recovery and peace will come within us and in the world around us.

Waves of Humanity

A two-day retreat with Netanel Goldberg where we will immerse ourselves in the generous heart within us—

in all its vibrant, pulsing shades.
We will soften into the heart that unites us all, and discover that beyond all layers, beliefs, opinions, and ideas, there is simply pure humanity.

Over these two days, we will learn and experience what it means to support one another when the sea is rough, the land uncertain, and the ground beneath us shakes.
We will explore how to both give and receive support—sometimes even at the same time.
We will remember the quiet strength of generosity, how the smallest gestures can create the greatest impact.

Together, we will work with:

• Song, prayer, and vocal expression
• Moving through pain and grief
• Authentic sharing and deep listening
• Guiding and leading a vocal space
• Resting in the great unknown, without needing answers
• Connecting with our ancestors and our inner child
• Breathwork from the belly of the ship—illuminating the darkness and mystery

Above all, we will simply be together in this journey of life.

We will gather on Saturday and Sunday, 13 and 14 September, from 10:30 to 18:00, with a lunch break and shared meal.

The Ceremonial Concert on Friday 12 September is part of the retreat and included in the price.

What to Bring:

• A personal water bottle
• A notebook and writing tools (feel free to bring colors for inspiration)
• A comfortable cushion
• A light blanket or something to wrap yourself in
• A small but meaningful object— a photo, a stone, something precious to you that you’d like to have with you on this journey.
• Food for a shared lunch buffet
