What about our voice? Remembering our true voice as free human beings. For thousands of years, voices – especially female voices – have been restricted and silenced. Yet the voice, regardless of gender, is a key that connects us to our inner power. It is powerful, it is beautiful, it is wise and holds great spiritual expression – an expression that many of us, whether man or woman, have not lived freely for a long time. The voice is a guiding medium for all people – a meeting point between spirit and matter. However, for many of us, access to this expression is blocked by barriers of shame, judgment or guilt that life has taught us.

In this workshop, we will learn to overcome these barriers through breathing exercises, simple techniques and singing together. We will rediscover the hidden power of our voice, enjoy free expression as individuals and in the group, and combine our voices in harmony. The workshop includes meditative methods, technical tools for healthier singing, group exercises, improvised circle singing and ceremonies. Everyone is invited to rediscover their voice and raise it together.
